Baker Donelson, a Tennessee based law firm relocated from an established downtown DC building to a new building in an up and coming neighborhood.  The design was impacted by reduced square footage, a limited budget and the client's desire for a more traditional feeling space.  Two contrasting wood veneers we incorporated throughout the space at the paneled elevator, secretaries desks and on column covers.  This combined with limestone floors and stair was a cost effective solution and provided the material richness that was desired.
