The Boeing Company wanted to build a new building in order to co-locate two major divisions in the greater Washington DC area closer to the Pentagon. The two winged form was generated from the programmatic need for each division and the secured spaces within them.  Coming from a traditional work culture of large private offices with adjacent assistants the challenge was to maintain that while also developing more efficient space standards.  Using Revit to space plan and organize the program provided readily available data that could be analyzed by Boeing to determine if their program and adjacencies were being appropriately met.
