Cambridge needed additional square footage outside of their main Arlington, VA office for a group of recent college graduates led, mentored and supervised by a few managers.  They requested that this new space be youthful and professional, durable and functional and especially cost effective.  

Occupying two full floors and to encourage collaboration, the conference zone, employee cafe and teaming areas were located adjacent to the elevator lobby.  With limited outside visitors the space is employee focused and flexible thus meeting their work and social needs.  The multipurpose room is able to be completely opened to the adjacent teaming space to accommodate entire staff meeting.  

The material palette relates to their existing space but is more modern and dynamic befitting the younger staff.
